*After October 1, 2008, only on-site registration is available. Please register on-site at symposium venue.
 
Registration Fees

*Registration fee includes; participation to the all scientific programs, get together on November 16, an abstract book, a symposium bag designed by a famous craft man born in Shizuoka, Keisuke Serizawa and coffee break with cookies.
* Students are required to send proof of student status to the Registration office to support their application for student rate.

Registration Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your attendance after completing the registration, please inform Kinki Nippon Tourist office by e-mail.
Cancellation received prior to July 31, 2008 : full refund less US$40 handling charges
Cancellation received from August 1 - September 30 : 40% refund.
Cancellation received after October 1 : no refund
 
Accompanying Person
Registration fee of the accompanying person is free except extra charge such as symposium dinner and excursions.
 
Childcare
We are going to have a room for childcare service at the Granship, venue, during the meeting.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent directly to registration office to avoid any trouble.
The cancellation charges are:
Hotel Accommodation
Up to 14 days prior to check-in date: No charge
13 - 7 days prior to check-in date: 10% of first day room charge
6 - 3 days prior to check-in date: 40% of first day room charge
Less than 3 days or no notice given: 100% of first day room charge
 
Refund
Refund will be made after the conference period.
Refunds will be issued in the same method of your payment
