Those who wish to present a paper are kindly requested to complete a symposium registration.


The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission to the registration office. Please see the following link for comprehensive information and instructions regarding application for Travel Awards. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees by August 31, 2008 will be scheduled for presentation. The Organizing Committee will review abstracts and send information regarding acceptance to the corresponding author by the end of June.
Instructions for preparing abstracts to the ISSM2008
Presenting Author, Co-authors
Your Abstract: All abstracts must be in English. Paper should be prepared using format file of A4 size. Use Arial or Helvetica, 12pt throughout. The abstract should substantially outline the content of the presentation. The body of the abstract includes the following information: Purpose of the study, Methods, Results and Conclusions. Abstracts should not exceed one-page limit, and abstract should not include tables or figures.
See attached FORMAT FILE (MS Word) and write your abstract on it.

Important: Save the format file by Microsoft Word that you wish to submit. File name is shown by your first initial and last name (example: KKato.doc)

Agreement
In submitting an abstract, you give permission to the symposium organizers to publish it, if accepted in the Book of Abstracts. Authors of accepted abstracts should necessarily attend the symposium and present their results.
