NOTES:
1. Students need to fill in his/her Student ID on online registration
form.
2. Senior retirees need to fill in his/her last affiliation, last
occupation and official retirement date on registration form.
3. Accompanying child under 15 is free.
4. Regular/Student/Senior retiree registration fees include: Access
to all sessions and exhibition, abstracts, proceedings CD-ROM,
and congress kit.
5. Accompanying person can attend ISAP2007 events except technical
sessions.
6. All registrants including accompanying persons are invited
to welcome reception and banquet. |

| Hotel Accommodation (Option) |
Rooms have been reserved at hotels around
the Symposium venue at special rates as follows.
For room reservation, please apply by July 14, 2007. |
To guarantee your reservation, we need deposit
(single JPY 10,000/twin JPY 15,000)
The deposit will be deducted from your hotel bill and please settle
the balance at the hotel cashier.
No reservations will be confirmed in the absence of deposit. |
Hotel reservations are processed on a first-come-first-served
basis.
Confirmed hotel will be noticed to you later, after receiving
your deposit. |
